| PREMISES | Anne | One of our regular haunts. The cafe is in an open area of Mid Valley away from the other typical food court cafes. It has a large area and can seat a good number of diners. The seating and tables are spaced reasonably well. | I often have to grab the salt from another table. Sometimes can be a little noisy but that is unavoidable in this type of location. |

Valley Shopping centre, this cafe is well positioned to give the
customer a good place to take a break and be revived.

Sometimes a little slow at cleaning up tables after
they are vacated.

| MENU | Anne | The menu is comprehensive and very reasonably priced. This is wholesome cafe food, not gourmet dining. | 7/10 | ||
| Phil | Well laid out menu with a good variety of selection to choose from. Coffee & Cake, or a full meal. Prices are quite reasonable. I enjoyed my meal. | Menus, Salt & Pepper were not available on all tables. | 7/10 |

| OVERALL | Anne | The service is friendly and usually fast. The toasted sandwiches are a generous 6 point serving and the meals are good value for money. | Uniforms are a little old and worn in a slap dash manner. | 7/10 | |
| Phil | The service sometimes could do with some work but like the place. It is well placed and serves us usually well. I admit to eating here often and will continue to do so. | If an error is made by the staff they do not rectify it by offering anything like a FREE cup of coffee. This would be very good for their image. | 7/10 |
